Thirteenth

Dear Ian,

Today’s the day: Our 13th wedding anniversary.  I have said it before, and again. I will say it every year until I die: I love you. I love you with all that I am and all that I’ll ever be, forever and forever without end. You are my spice, my safe harbor, my trusted partner, my good-luck charm, and my electric love god. I am constantly awed by your devotion, labors, patience, fathering, and passionate love. Thank you for sharing your life with me. Happy anniversary, Bascha.
