About Sara
Hello! Thanks for visiting! I'm Sara, a freelance editor and writer, wife to Ian, and mother of two precious boys. I am living each day to the fullest and with as much grace, creativity, and patience as I can muster. This is where I write about living, loving, and engaging fully in family life and the world around me. I let my hair down here. I learn new skills here. I strive to be a better human being here. And I tell the truth.
Our children attend Waldorf school and we are enriching our home and family life with plenty of Waldorf-inspired festivals, crafts, and stories.

Dear Sara,
I am a educational facility designer at Mahlum Architects in Portland, Orrgon. As part of my personal research into the connection between pre-school educational models and primary / secondary education i have been invited to hold a non-profit workshop at an education conference (CEFPI) in September and would love to use some of your pictures. Please let me know if that is possible. I am especially interested in the one of the Waldorf dolls, the children’s artwork (circular shapes) and it would be great if you have some more classroom pictures.
I am looking forward to her from you,
Rene Berndt, AIA LEED AP
